Sales Event Timing:
Starting today, September 5th, this promotion is open for use with retail clients. However, Regal's official promotion of the Sales Event will commence on September 12th and end on November 30th. This soft launch provides you with an opportunity to offer your existing customers the best deals. It's the perfect time to sell your remaining in-stock models while the warm weather lasts.Please communicate this Sales Event to your sales team and reach out to your RSM if you have any questions.Here are the details:
Customers can enjoy the advertised savings offer for non-current and current in-stock Regals. Every salesperson will be in for an exciting spiff, and it all hinges on which model is sold! Please note that this offer applies exclusively to existing inventory and does not pertain to new option/part orders. Refer to the chart and pricing example below for details.Marketing Commitments:
To be eligible for this promotion, we ask each dealer to follow a few simple steps. To help us promote this event, event assets will be provided at the bottom of this page:• Share the Regal Facebook post or create your own for the sales event, at least twice a month.• Send at least two email blasts out to your customer base promoting the Sales Event, with your Regional Sales Manager copied. Use the Regal-designed E-blast, or make your own. Regal can also send one to your list on your behalf if you share your contact list with us.• Promote the Endless Summer Sales Event with the full advertised savings amount on your website, boat show, and showroom signs.Available Inventory:
If your customer requires a model that is not currently in stock, please contact your Regional Sales Manager. They will help you locate additional inventory.Program Terms:
• The Endless Summer Sales Event is only available on in-stock boats.• You must confirm participation in the Regal Sales Event. (Using Button Below)• Sell a new in-stock Regal during the Sales Event Dates (September 5, 2023 - November 30, 2023)• Register the sold boat on regaldealer.com during the promotional period.• Pay the sold boat off floorplan during the promotional period.• Submit an incentive form with a copy of the sales contract, with a line item, during the promotional period.• Meet the marketing commitments above.• Dealers must be compliant with 2024 model year programs, purchase level commitments, orders, and signed dealer agreements to be eligible for the promotion.• Payment Terms: Regal will credit the Dealer’s account and payout at the end of each month for each qualifying incentive submission during the month.• The Endless Summer Sales Event can not be combined with pre-sold discounts or any other sales promotions.• Must have 2024 stocking and level commitment forms signed and returned to Regal to be eligible for this promotion.• Must reorder a like model.

Pricing Example:
Dealer to list the boats for sale starting with the MSRP, deduct the advertised savings at MSRP and sub-total. Then offer a “Sale Price” showing an additional dealer discount. An Example:
